Terms & Conditions - Return and exchange policy
We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipping date. Due to the delicate nature of bathing suits, garments must be in their original condition with hangtags and sanitary protection in place. Thongs and g-strings are not returnable or exchangeable. Garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their own expense.
To process a return or to make an exchange, simply send an email to us stating order and invoice number and, if you wish, a brief message with the reason for your return or exchange. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Print the message received, enclosed it in the same package with your garment and ship it back to us. We suggest you use a traceable method to ensure a safe delivery. Insuring your package is strongly advised, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once your package is received and according to your instructions, we will send you an exchange, or will issue a refund, to the original form of payment, within 3 to 4 weeks.
Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Because all garments are made-to-order swimsuit, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
We fully respect your privacy and confidentiality. The information you provide to us is used only for payment and shipping purposes. If you are a registered user, we will send occasionally promotional emails.
All our shipping is done by UPS Ground Service. If you need a special requirement, please contact us with your request.
International shipping is available at an extra cost. Please email us with exact delivery location for a quotation. Please keep in mind that returned items from overseas must arrive at our warehouse with no shipping charges or import duties left to be paid. We won't be able to accept returns and exchanges if this condition is not strictly followed, because we cannot afford the extra costs associates with these situations.
